Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Dinnrd (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is operated by Harbour Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dinnrd. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us at support@dinnrd.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We're not liable for losses from compromised credentials.
4. Subscription and Billing
Dinnrd is a paid subscription service. Current pricing is $5.00/month or $48.00/year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We'll notify you before any price changes and give you the opportunity to cancel first.
Beta testers who join through the waitlist before launch lock in their signup price for the duration of their continuous subscription. This rate applies only to uninterrupted subscriptions — if you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing at that time applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
5. Free Trial and Referral Credits
The first 500 waitlist members receive 3 months of free access following the app's TestFlight launch. At the end of the free period, your subscription begins at your locked-in beta tester rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
In addition, eligible users may earn referral credits: for each new paying subscriber you refer, you receive 1 additional free month of access, applied at the start of your next billing cycle after the referred user's first successful payment. Referral credits are capped at 12 months total and may not be stacked with other promotional offers. Credits have no cash value and are forfeited if your subscription is cancelled before they are applied.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@dinnrd.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for billing errors or service failures.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service: don't attempt to reverse-engineer it, scrape it, introduce malware, circumvent any access controls, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and design elements of Dinnrd are owned by Harbour Labs LLC. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Content you enter into the Service (pantry items, recipes, meal plans) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harbour Labs LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
